Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information on the 1996 bombing of Khobar Towers near Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. On June 25, 1996, members of Saudi Hizballah detonated a tanker truck containing plastic explosives in the parking lot of Khobar Towers, a residential complex used to house U.S. military personnel. The blast all but destroyed the nearest building, killed 19 U.S. service members and one Saudi citizen, and wounded hundreds of individuals from various nations.

On June 21, 2001, a U.S. federal grand jury indicted 14 individuals connected to the attack. Among those indicted were Ahmad Ibrahim al-Mughassil, Abdelkarim Hussein Mohamed al-Nasser, Ibrahim Salim Mohammed al-Yacoub, and Ali Saed bin Ali el-Hoorie, for each of whom Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information.
